• Develop audit plans and execute audit programs
• Identify business risks and carry out risk management projects

• Solid experience on Sarbanes-Oxley Act Section 404
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Strong analytical, communication, report writing and problem-solving skills
• Well-organized, detail-oriented and able to work independently
